At this point, you have signed up to use our industry-leading software. You would have entered your user profile, email, practice information, payment details, and the optional payment processor. Now it is time to begin key setup items. To help you get started, please use this easy-to-follow guide.

To begin, let’s learn the basics of Cassadol. Navigating around Cassadol should feel second nature. It is a standard website-style navigation with menus, buttons, and links.

We start building one block at a time, first customizing your practice to include your logo, adding a website, and configuring your email to send clients invoices and statements seamlessly.

To begin billing, you will need services (billing codes) set up within Cassadol. All billing items, regardless of a professional service or product, are in the same section. While it is optional, a key feature of Cassadol is the service ‘bundles’. A bundle will make your billing far more efficient and can be used when you need to bill out a group of items all at the same time.

The Reference Data within Cassadol will allow you to customize various aspects of your system to match your practice requirements. From this section, you will be able to add options to drop-down menus, add note types, General Ledger accounts, and several other types of items.

Cassadol is designed to allow you to add additional features, that you wish to take advantage of, to your subscription. This allows us to charge a lower monthly base subscription fee and allows you to only pay extra for the additional features you need.
